Approach:

Co-developed the company specific Daily Leadership program based on the 4 Key Daily Leadership principles - 1) Manage performance proactively, 2) Executing fast-paced issue resolution, 3) Clearly communicate high expectations and provide regular feedback, 4) Coach and develop their team members and leverage them to achieve great results.  Program focused on the 6 High Performance Leadership Behaviors (Challenging the Process, Inspiring a Shared Vision, Enabling Others to Act, Modeling the Way, Engaging the Heart, Developing Your Team)

 Actions:

Taught principles of Daily Leadership and tailored a program across 6 sites, including fast-paced problem solving, team engagement, and accountability.
